We’re always looking for highly skilled Lead Carpenters to oversee on-site operations from start to finish. This is a leadership role where you will perform high-level carpentry while supervising a small crew of 1-3+ and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering superior results. It is essential that you love what you do and have a love of the craft of carpentry. A Lead Carpenter would have worked on many commercial carpentry projects through the years and be familiar with all aspects of metal stud framing, including best practices for exterior/interior, heavy/light gauge, soffit work, acoustical ceilings, and drywall hanging. He/she would be able to quickly read a blueprint and determine the best course of action, and would be comfortable taking the lead and providing direction on small jobs with a small crew of Journeyman Carpenters. Our Lead Carpenters wear the tools and work on the crew production style and are some of the fastest carpenters in the company.
