KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of 1–3+ carpenters
•
Perform framing, layout, and finish carpentry tasks while overseeing site
production
•
Read blueprints and construction plans to ensure accuracy in framing and
installation
•
Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain high standards for all on-
site operations
•
Serve as the first point of contact for subcontractors, architects, and project
managers
•
Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to minimize waste
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•
Minimum 5+ years of experience in framing and/or finish carpentry, with at
least 1–2 years in a leadership role
•
Deep understanding of carpentry techniques and local building codes
•
Proficiency in operating standard industry tools and heavy machinery as
needed
•
Ability to manage daily reports, schedules, and material orders
•
Stable employment history with verifiable references
•
Live in or are willing to relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area
•
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a
background check
•
Must be able to pass a drug screening
