We are looking for those that have an appreciation for the craft of carpentry. In this role, would have worked on commercial carpentry projects for years, and would be familiar with most aspects of metal stud framing, including exterior/interior, heavy/light gauge, soffit work, acoustical ceilings, and drywall hanging. As a Journeyman Carpenter, you will lead various commercial projects, ensuring all structures are built safely and to the highest quality standards. You should be able to work independently and be familiar with architectural blueprints. Our Journeyman Carpenters work production style and are some of the fastest carpenters in the area. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven commercial carpentry experience as a journeyman carpenter (typically 5+ years or completion of a formal apprenticeship). • Live in or are willing to relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area • Must own a complete set of journeyman- level hand and power tools. • Deep understanding of carpentry techniques and proficiency with blueprints • Stable employment history with verifiable references • Reliable transportation to job sites and a strong work either • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check • Must be able to pass a drug screening Expert Construction, Inc., located in Cleveland, OH, is a premier construction firm specializing in commercial construction.
