JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven commercial carpentry experience as a journeyman carpenter (typically 5+ years or completion of a formal apprenticeship). • Live in or are willing to relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area • Must own a complete set of journeyman- level hand and power tools. • Deep understanding of carpentry techniques and proficiency with blueprints • Stable employment history with verifiable references • Reliable transportation to job sites and a strong work either • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check • Must be able to pass a drug screening
